Developed in collaboration with Iván Couto, this snare is inspired by the concept of Benny Greb’s first Signature model (V1), now discontinued. Its thin 5,2 mm shell allows the wood to breathe, delivering that organic, open sound that only a low-ply shell can produce.

Couto aimed for maximum versatility: a snare capable of sounding perfect from jazz to death metal. Thanks to its 13” diameter and controlled bright tone, it responds with agility in both high and medium tunings, and is very easy to “dry out” without losing its natural sustain. An agile, responsive instrument, aesthetically unique thanks to its charred wood finish.
